This idea was inspired by our Lil’ Turkey Handprint Craft which uses the same cute turkey template.
The Turkey Treat Bags are easy to make so kids can make their own during craft time using a food grade glove or they can be given out as a Thanksgiving party gift bag. I added two optional gift tags to the printable template that say, “Happy Thanksgiving,” and, “I’m so Thankful for You.” so you can easily make your treat bag ready to give away.
Use the free printable, follow along with our printable directions, and watch the video tutorial to make one of your own.
My kids had so much fun making their turkey treat bags. Little Tiger loves popcorn, Little Dragon loves candy corn, and my littlest guy loves M&Ms so all three of them were thrilled to assemble and eat their treats.
You can use the same supplies we did or choose your own family favorites to put in your bag like pretzels, crackers, marshmallows, anything yummy that will fit.
