What Do you Do With your Hocus Pocus Sanderson Sister Wooden Spoons?

Supplies:

- 3 Wooden Spoons
- Acrylic Paint (This Acrylic Craft Paint Set has the colors you will need, except the skin tone color which you can mix with white, red, and yellow)
- “Skin Tone” (Here is a great Skin Tone colored acrylic paint to match the Sanderson Sisters)
- Purple
- Green
- Burgundy
- Glue Gun and Glue Sticks
- Puffy Paint (This puffy paint set includes black and red and has the best reviews).
- Black
- Red
- Gold Glitter (We like this Gold Glitter Puffy Paint because it sparkles so much once it’s dry)
- Craft Felt or Cardstock Paper (This Craft Felt Set has all the colors you need)
- Orange
- Yellow
- Black
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Pencil

Directions:
For your convenience, you can print the directions. Available at the end of this post.
Paint the top part of the wooden spoons with “skin toned” acrylic paint. Let it dry, and apply a second coat if there are some areas that are missing paint.
Print the Sanderson Sister template and use it as a guide to draw the collars onto the spoon with a pencil or cut out the template pieces and trace them onto the spoon.
Paint Mary’s dress with burgundy acrylic paint.
Paint Winifred’s dress with green acrylic paint.
Paint Sarah’s dress with purple acrylic paint.
Let the paint dry. Apply a second coat of paint if there are any spots that are missing color.
Cut out the hair templates. Trace the templates onto the felt with a black marker and then cut the pieces of felt out.
- Mary’s hair is on black felt
- Winifred’s hair is on orange felt
- Sarah’s hair is on yellow felt
Use a glue gun to attach the hair to each spoon.
Draw the beauty marks onto the witch’s faces with black puffy paint.
Trace and paint the lips with red puffy paint.
Optional: Use the black puffy paint to paint the eyes on each witch.
Use gold glitter puffy paint to paint “X” marks on the bottom of the spoon to make the lacing on their dresses. Set aside to dry.
Now you are ready to have a Happy Halloween with your favorite witches!
