Most of the time I think my kids are perfect angels, although sometimes my angels are put to bed early depending on how angelic or un-angelic they were that day! Regardless of what time they made it to bed I always feel blessed they are mine (aren’t all kids angels even without a halo!?! 🙂 Since the holiday season is right around the corner we made a Handprint Angel Craft for Christmas. You could use the angels to decorate the walls or make homemade cards–grandparents will love them!

2.  Have child place thumbs together in the air and then gently press hands down in the middle of the paper and gently life their hands up. Make a circle for the head at the top of the wings (top of palms) and set aside to let the paint dry.

3.  Use the pen to decorate the handprints and make them look like angel wings. I outlined the top of the wings, drew a triangle without a point for the body, added sleepy eyes with eyelashes for my daughter and no eyelashes for my son (at their request), and drew a halo on the head.
