The apple pie craft can be completed in one sitting and doesn’t take long to complete.

We cut apples in half to use them as stamps with our paint. The kids thought this was extra fun. If you don’t have apples on hand, children can use a paintbrush instead to paint the inside of their paper plate.

Each pie has brown strips of paper on the top. Depending on how much time you have you can let children cut out their own strips or have them pre-cut. I love how the edges of the paper plate add to the look of this craft because the ridges look like pie crust. Is it close to Thanksgiving?
