Pumpkin Patch Counting

Supplies:
- Pumpkin Number Cards
- Pumpkin Counting Mat
- Small objects to place on the Pumpkin Counting Mat like Pumpkin Erasers, pumpkin seeds, Pumpkin Beads, Orange Playdough rolled into balls
- Optional: Laminator
Directions:
Pumpkin Count
Have students place objects on the numbers as they count. They can count 1-20, 20-1, or Skip Count.
Pumpkin Deck
Cut out the Pumpkin Number Cards. Shuffle them, and place them on the table in a pile.
Have students select a card, say the number, find the number on the mat, and place an object on the matching number on the pumpkin mat.
Pumpkin Rows (Group Bingo)
Shuffle the Pumpkin Number Cards and have someone select one card at a time and call the number out.
Players place an object on the number.
Everyone wins when a row of pumpkins (horizontal, lateral, or diagonal) is completed.
