The
other day we felt like Painting and our bag of milk caps and lids was sitting
on the counter so we grabbed them and some paint and got to work creating art!
There is something about art with circles that I love! The Milk Caps and
lids work great as stamps (no foam required). The
kids had fun using the lids to squish the paint onto their paper. As
the paint is squished the caps create cool patterns in the paint!  This activity is so easy and fun!

This post is included in a PAINT-A-THON, that 35+ bloggers have teamed up to create new art ideas for kids! Be sure to check them all out here:  2015 PAINT-A-THON

101 Painting Ideas for Children. If there is paint involved it is here!

Milk Caps and Lids Squish Painting

Pin me please! 🙂

Directions:

1.  Spread paint on the top of the lid with your finger or paintbrush. Make sure there is plenty of paint.

2.  Stamp the lid onto paper and pull the lid straight up to get the textured pattern.

Kids could also try twisting the lids, sliding the lids across the paper, using the other side of the lid to create circle outlines, and whatever creative idea pops in their head!
