Scissors
Glue
Black craft paper

Directions:

1.  Have your child flatten their cupcake liners and make cuts (fringe) on the ribbed part of the liner. We stopped cutting when we reached the inside circle of the cupcake liner.

Little Dragon loved smashing his cupcake liners. I fringed them for him because he is still too young for scissors. Little Tiger fringed like crazy! You can see how many little cuts she made on her pink and green fireworks.

2.  Glue the cupcake liners to the piece of paper. Once they are dry they are ready to display :).
