Don’t let the Easter bunny have all the fun–send your kid’s on an Easter Egg hunt to help them learn their letters. It’s amazing how motivating a little plastic egg can be! I have a a free printable alphabet mat you can download to go along with this activity to keep things simple for you so you have more time to play!

So I have to admit we did this activity a few years ago, but when we do an activity a day I run out of time to share them all at once. Those of you who follow our blog can probably tell by how young the kids look, especially little Dragon who is 2 in the pictures. We will be doing this activity again now that he is in preschool. He is 4 and is still working on letter recognition and matching letters. Little Tiger who was age 4 in the pictures and is now 6, will be finding letters to build words. It’s amazing how much she has learned this year in kindergarten and in just 2 short years.
