We found the biggest Hershey’s candy bags at Walmart placed all around the store and we couldn’t decide which one we liked the most because the bags themselves have been dressed up so cute for Halloween so we bought 3 (you can check out all the cute bags here).

Supplies:
Halloween Treat Template (available for free to download at the end of this post)
Craft paper-orange, black, white
White tulle or tissue paper
Googly eyes
Glue
Scissors
Toilet paper rolls or 4″ long cardboard tube pieces
Stapler/Staples
Crayons or Pens (I used white and black paint pens)
Directions:
1. Print out the pumpkins on orange paper, bats on black paper, and rectangles on black, orange, and white paper.
2. Cut out the rectangles from the template and glue them to the cardboard tubes.
3. To make the pumpkins and bats cut out the shapes, decorate them with googly eyes and pens, and then glue them to the cardboard tubes. The bats were a hard to see, so you might want to print them on gray paper and color them in with crayons or marker.
4. To make the mummies glue googly eyes onto the white cardboard tubes, cut out strips of tulle, and carefully wrap it around the tube.
5. Now you are ready to fill the tube with candy. I placed the candy inside the tube and stapled the packaging to the top. I left the bottom open so kids, parents, and teachers are able to tell what is inside. I also made another set by stapling the top closed and stuffing them full of candy for a fun surprise full of treats for our family party. It’s up to you how you make them :).
