With all our Ocean Activities and our excitement for reading, I made a printable mini book for my kids to color and read including their favorite ocean animals. The book uses repetition for beginning readers and the cute pictures offer clues to make learning to read easy and fun! Come download your free copy.
Children can use crayons or markers to trace over letters on the cover of the book, underline beginning letters in the book (F for fish…), and the font looks like lined paper so they can see correct spacing. My daughter loves reading her new book! When she gets ready to read she calls for Little Dragon to come sit next to her and she “teaches” him to read too by having him repeat what she is saying…because of this, our ocean book is my new favorite!
