If you love pumpkin, this recipe is for you! It’s the most requested recipe in my house since we made it, and the cool thing is it only takes a minute to make with no cooking required! It’s super simple that it’s perfect for kids to make on their own.
My kids think it’s so fun to stir up their own individual serving. Cooking with kids is a great way to spend time together while teaching life skills like following directions, counting, measuring, and pouring.
Ingredients:
1 T. canned pumpkin
3 shakes of pumpkin pie seasoning
2 T. milk
1 T. instant vanilla pudding
Whipped cream topping
Yield: 1 Serving
To make more then one serving at a time, use the ratio- 1 pumpkin:1 vanilla pudding: 2 milk
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together stirring 25 times (great time to count together). Once it thickens, eat and enjoy! It’s so yummy!!!
