Minnie Mouse always has the best hair accessories, which is why this bow and card craft is so cute! The free template makes this homemade card super easy to put together and you can personalize it for a birthday, holiday, or any day you and your “MinnieMe” feel like celebrating!
As a family we are constantly going. For example today we woke up, ate breakfast, had school time, went to the store, made it to some appointments, and came home just in time to eat dinner… it was a whirlwind of a day! Although Little Tiger was with me we missed out on spending quality time together because we were so busy rushing around! It’s important to make time to really connect. Since Little Tiger loves getting mail I surprised her with a Minnie card that I wrote her a special note on. She was thrilled and I always love seeing her smile! Of course after she received a card she wanted to maker her own–she is such a “MinnieMe” and I love spending time with her!
My husband snapped a quick photo of us reading one of my favorite childhood books cuddling before bed. She just so happens to have a new Minnie Mouse bedspread from Walmart that is my favorite colors (black, white, and pink!) making it even more inviting and comfy and reaffirming that she is my “MinnieMe” and loves the things I do! She says it makes her room magical just like Disneyland and I have to agree that when we spend time together it feels pretty darn special! During the day we can cuddle as we read a book, which is exciting because she is learning to read. At bedtime we lay in the dark talking about the day’s adventures. It’s the perfect time to make sure she gets some one-on-one time with me before the day ends.
