My little kiddos had so much fun making their Earth craft. Younger kids (preschoolers) may need help with the scissors and tracing their handprints. My daughter did a great job tracing her little brother’s hand. You can watch how they made their craft with the video tutorial and download the paper earth craft template with the directions towards the end of this post.

- White craft paper ( I like to use white cardstock when crafting because it’s thicker paper and is strong enough to hold up to paint and glue.)
- Earth Day Template
- Stapler or Glue
- Coloring Supplies: markers, paint, crayons, or pencils
- Optional: Give children even more art supplies to make their Earth Day craft even more creative. Suggestions are ripped up pieces of recycled newspaper or magazines that can be blued to the earth, glitter or pom poms just to name a few.
For your convenience, you can watch our Video Tutorial to see how to make it. The directions are included with the template and can be printed for free. They are found towards the end of this post.
