In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt 3/4 cup coconut oil until fully liquid. Add 3/4 C sugar and 3 tbs cinnamon, then stir well so the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
Add the entire bag of pretzels to the bowl.
Using a spatula or large spoon, gently stir and lift the pretzels until all of them are evenly coated with the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Take your time so they don’t break.
Spread the coated pretzels in a single, even layer on an 11×13 baking sheet. Try not to overlap them so they bake evenly.
Bake at 350° for 3–5 minutes. Watch closely, once the sugar begins to melt and turn a light golden color, remove the pan from the oven. Leaving them in too long will cause the sugar to burn.
Let the pretzels sit on the pan for 1–2 minutes to set, then enjoy.
