Instructions

Make the Stems and Leaves
Start with a green popsicle stick for the stem. If you don’t have one, simply paint a plain popsicle stick green and let it dry.
Cut out leaf shapes from green paper. You can make them big, small, or even a little wiggly—whatever looks fun!
Glue the popsicle stick stem and paper leaves onto your background paper to create the base of your flower.
Make the Flowers
To make the flowers, glue cupcake liners to the tops of the popsicle stick stems.
For extra fun, kids can use scissors to fringe or scallop the edges of the liners, giving their flowers a unique shape and style!
