Print the sandcastle template and cut out all of the pieces. Trace them onto the appropriate colors of paper if desired, then cut out the sandcastle, door, windows, and flags.Glue the sandcastle pieces together, attaching the door and windows to create your castle design.Step 3: Add the Sandcastle to the Background
Glue the completed sandcastle onto the decorated background paper. Attach the flags to the top of the towers to complete your beach scene.Step 4: Add Craft Sand (Optional)
For a fun textured craft effect, trace lines of glue around the sandcastle or spread glue across sections of the castle. Sprinkle craft sand or colored sand over the glue, then gently shake off the excess. We used colored sand to give our sandcastle art project an extra pop of color and a fun 3D look!Tips
Use different colors of sand for a bright summer-themed craft. Add paper seashells, beach balls, or ocean animals around the castle. Let kids design their own unique flags before attaching them to the towers.
