Lil' Pumpkin Halloween Handprint Craft and Free Template
Children can make a Lil' Pumpkin handprint craft for Halloween following our easy directions.
Materials
- Lil' Pumpkin Template
- Orange Paint
- Paintbrush
- Scissors
- Glue
- White cardstock
Instructions
- Print out the Lil’ Pumpkin Template on White Paper. Cover your child's hand with Orange Paint and gently press it onto the template. Do this method if you are sure the handprint will turn out good on the first try. orGently press their hand onto a second piece of white paper. When it is dry, cut it out, glue it inside the pumpkin on the template, and continue to the next step. Optional: Cut out a heart and glue it to the pumpkin. Now your little pumpkin' is ready for a Happy Halloween!
Notes
To keep your child’s fingers from wiggling, you should gently press on their fingers to hold them still and make sure the paint touches the paper.
