  • Mix 1/4  cup shaving cream and 1/4 cup glow in the dark puffy paint together.
    Before you paint you can check and make sure you have the right amount of "glow" in your paint by holding it to the light and then turning off the lights. If it glows you are ready to paint, if it doesn't glow add more puffy paint into your mixture and stir it together. Repeat until your paint reaches the desired brightness.
    Use the paint right away because the shaving cream will deflate and the paint will no longer be puffy.
    When painting, the more paint the better to get a nice "Glow."
    Let the paint dry completely.
