Paper Feather Craft and Free Template
DIY directions on how to make paper faethers.
Materials
- Feather Template (I printed our template out on White cardstock)
- Watercolor Paint
- Paintbrush
- (Optional) School Glue
- Scissors
- Cup of Water (Used to rinse paintbrush)
Instructions
- Print the feather template out on white paper.
- Optional: If you want to add texture to your feather you can use school glue to make designs on the feather. Once the glue is dry, the feather is ready to be painted.
- Paint or decorate your paper feather. We used watercolor paints.
- When the paint is dry, cut the feathers out. The bottom of the feather has a lot of small lines so you may need to help children cut it out or bubble cut around the fringe like we did (leaving white space).
