Hurry and print out this free template for Mom to surprise her on Mother’s Day! Children will love making her a special decoration to show her how special she is. Each child could make their own “MOM” craft to give or let them choose to decorate a letter “M”, “O”, or “M” and put it all together.
My kids are always making me special little crafts which I love because it is their way of showing they care. I loved watching my two cuties make me this craft because they were having so much fun. They didn’t want me to watch them make it because they wanted to surprise me but I couldn’t help but take a peek. I love the cute little fingerprint dots they added along with their own personal design.

SUPPLIES
- White paper
- Paint, markers, crayons (or whatever you have)
- Scissors
- Stapler (tape or glue could work too)
DIRECTIONS:
Print the MOM craft template on white paper.
Have your child decorate the template with paint, markers, or anything eles you
Have your child cut out the template (you may need to help them with this part depending on their age and skill level). Put the tabs together and staple them together. If you don’t have a stapler handy you could use glue or tape, we just found the stapler to be the easiest and fastest.
Turn the craft over and it’s ready for Mom! We hope you have a Happy Mother’s Day!
