So December is a crazy busy month for our family. Both of the kids birthdays are in December, and of course there is Christmas, one of my favorite holidays! I can remember our first Christmas as a complete family 2 years ago (wow, where has the time gone…). Mr. Tickles was only 10 days old and in the chaos of Christmas I would stare down at my beautiful brand new baby and time would stand still, my heart was definitely full!

With Christmas right around the corner we have been doing a lot of running around shopping and collecting things to put under the tree. Can you believe my little toddler (Mr. Tickles, age 2) isn’t always the best shopping partner? haha… My secret weapon to being able to think, shop, and checkout peacefully is packing my purse full of essentials.

I have one section for my things (keys, phone, and wallet), and two sections for kid things like diapers, wipes, small toys, and food…food is essential!!! (Don’t forget the food-the less sugary the better. You don’t need a sugar rush on your hands!!!)

When the opportunity to try Happy Family products came my way it seemed like a natural fit as long as the kids liked them. We picked ours up at a local health food store, but you can also find them at big stores like Target, Safeway, and more (here is a list). It’s nice to know the people at Happy Family really care about the quality of their product and the healthy development of their little consumers. They add DHA (brain power), probiotics, and are organic (yay, no added icky stuff)!

We didn’t even make it in the store when Mr. Tickles started digging in my purse for a snack. He grabbed the spinach, mango, and pear fruit pouch and I cracked it open and handed it to him. He gulped it down in record time…I was shocked! He grabbed the apricot and mango fruit pouch next and it was the same results. So far the Happy Family test was looking good…

Finally he grabbed the Happy Creamies veggie & fruit snacks and started munching down. He loved them! I stole a few and they are super tasty. I was so proud of my little guy because he even shared them with his sister (Ms. Tiger, age 4) who loved them as well. (Although we received the products free to try, there is no way possible to make a toddler like anything…they either like it or not…)

We headed into the store, and he sat happily in the cart eating his Happy Family snacks while I wheeled him and his sister around the store. It was a peaceful holiday shopping trip and a great result for our Happy Family product review.
