With the way the end of the year rushes by it’s time for us to start sharing our new Christmas Activities starting with some free Christmas tree printables. This mini-set for kids can be used to learn uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and fine motor skills. Each tree is full of circles that can be used with do-a-dot markers, stickers, puff balls, Christmas Buttons (affiliate link), and other small holiday themed manipulatives all through December.

See all our Christmas Activities Here including 10-Frames Christmas Tree Mats, Winter Hat Template, and a Free Printable Christmas Activity Pack that’s loaded with fun and educational pages.

Fine Motor Skills

There are two fine motor skill trees in the printable pack with lots of dots for kids to decorate. We used q-tips to paint with. When we do this activity again I plan on having the kids put stickers, cereal, marshmallows, candy, and other small things on each dot. I gave Little Tiger (preschooler) the tree with lots of dots and Little Dragon (toddler) the tree with fewer dots.

Check out Little Tiger’s smile as she paints a rainbow on her Christmas tree and Little Dragon’s smile of satisfaction from a job well done!

Connect the Dots

The pack has one connect the dots page where children can draw lines connecting numbers 1-10 in sequential order and then they can color their Christmas tree.

We used crayons to connect the dots and color the page. The next time we do it I am going to have Little Tiger use a marker to connect the dots and then color the tree with crayon so the lines connecting the dots don’t fade away.

Uppercase and Lowercase Letter Math

The pack has a Christmas tree with uppercase letters and a tree with lowercase letters. There is so much we plan on doing with these two pages.

First off, we used Circle Label Stickers (affiliate link) with letters written on them to stick on our trees. Children can match the same letters together (uppercase to uppercase) or different letters (uppercase to lowercase). Throughout the month I plan on having the kids pick a letter out of a bag and use a do a dot marker or button to mark it off. I also plan on covering all the letters and having the kids uncover the letter and name it.
